Preparation before test drive
(1)The equipment parts are complete, the bolts are fastened, and the test conditions are met.
(2)Check whether the clearance between the belt and the roller is appropriate:
(3)Instruments and interlocking devices are complete, accurate, sensitive and reliable.
(4) Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct, and the trial operation of auxiliary machines and supporting equipment is completed.
(5)Check that each lubricating part is filled with lubricating oil (grease) as required.
(6)Whether there are debris in the cylinder.
(7)Before the test run of the whole machine, a single machine test run must be carried out, among which the electric motor is run for 2 hours without a car, and the reducer is run for 4 hours without a car. Check and make relevant records.
Test run of the whole machine with empty car: the motor has been used for more than 8 hours, and there is no abnormality in the motor, the temperature rise cannot be 35 degrees, the load should not be rated at 25%, and there is no abnormality in other parts.
Test drive
(1)Check for loose foundation bolts and shell bolts.
(2)Whether there is abnormal sound in the drive device, and whether there is friction sound in the wheel belt and the cylinder.
(3) Whether there is abnormal vibration in the cylinder.
(4)Whether the bearing, motor and reducer are overheated.
Acceptance procedures
(1)The acceptance of maintenance items shall be checked and accepted according to the maintenance standards.
(2) The motor and reducer run smoothly without vibration, abnormal noise, oil leakage and other phenomena.
(3)There is no friction sound, impact sound, swing and other phenomena in the operation of the belt and the cylinder, and there is no abnormal sound when the large and small gears mesh.
